NOTES
Additional Information:This house contributes to the architectural significance of the proposed Jefferson Avenue Historic District as a good example of a home with Classical Revival details. These details include the large portico with the colossan Tuscan columns. The rest of the house has a rectangular plan, symmetrical fenestration, large hip roof with gable projections, a porch with balustrade over the entry pavilion, centrally placed pediment with fanlight, and very narrow clapboard siding.

Built at the turn of the century for Edwin Bailey, partner in the firm of Pond and Bailey, "ladies clothing."
