Additional Information: | This 1 1/2 story residence has Princess or Queen Anne detailing. The exterior fabric is clapboard. The gabled roof has a box cornice and a wall gable dormer. Windows are 2/2 with a triangular shaped head. There is a plain frieze under the eave. The front entry has an elaborate bargeboard in the gable. This house has most of its integrity intact. It is the only bargeboard like this in the city (which has few houses with bargeboards.) It is a common style otherwise with no architectural significance overall. |
