Additional Information:A ONE AND A HALF-STORY HOUSE WITH STEEPLY-PITCHED GABLES REMINISCENT OF A. J. DOWNING'S PUBLISHED HOUSE DESIGNS. THIS HOUSE IS SIDE-GABLED WITH A CENTRAL, INTERSECTING FRONT-GABLED BAY; THE GABLE OF THIS BAY IS SHINGLED. A TENT-LIKE CANOPY APPEARS OVER THE FRONT DOOR, AND THE WINDOWS FEATURE PEDIMENTED CROWNS. A ONE-STORY WINDOW BAY APPEARS AT THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE.
