NOTES
Additional Information:This one story Commercial building has concrete panels as exterior fabric. The roof is flat and there is plate glass and a rear addition. It has no architectural signicance, having been covered with new materials.

This site was a hardware store in 1887-1912. The 1927 map shows only a 1 story store. It was probably OJ Williams hardwarqe store in the late 1800's to early 1900's. From 1945-1958 this was the Shamrock Rec. Club. This bar moved at this time to a new building as 123 W. 3rd Street. The Bank of New Richmond expanded here in 1959 and used this space until it moaved in 1973. This section was built in 1900 in brick after the 1899 tornado. It is not associated with any signicant event or person nor does it play a significant role in the development of the community.
