Additional Information: REMARKABLY INTACT, THIS TWO-STORY RESIDENCE FEATURES A ONE-STORY WING, A PORCH SUPPORTED BY TURNED POSTS, ORIGINAL QUEEN ANNE WINDOWS WITH STAINED-GLASS OUTER PANES, AND A CARVED FRONT DOOR WITH AN OVAL GLASS WINDOW. THE GABLED ELL DESIGN OF THE DWELLING IS NOTED BY ITS CHARACTERISTIC L PLAN CONFIGURATION. ASPHALT SHINGLES COVER THE MULTIPLE GABLE ROOFS, WHILE SHINGLES, FRIEZE BOARDS AND SUNBURST MOTIFS EMBELLISH THE OPEN GABLE END OF THE FRONT FACADE. THE CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR IS ACCENTUATED WITH A WOOD TRIM, SUCH AS THAT WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE CORNER BOARDS. THE HOUSE IS FOUND TO BE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. THIS DWELLING WAS BUILT IN 1902, AND WAS ASSOCIATED HISTORICALLY WITH A PERSON NAMED KENDRICKS (OWNER).
