| Additional Information: | A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. This two and one half story side gabled house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a brick foundation, a brick exterior, a wood and brick trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Frieze boards distinguish the open gable end at the side elevation. The front windows have two-over-two panes and are set within segmental arched openings; brick lintels and projecting sills further accent these windows. The attic story two-over-two windows at the side elevation have flat arched openings, as does a smaller rectangular window on the second story. There are two front entrances, each of which is detailed with a segmental arch, a lamplight, pilasters and a flat arched cornice. The former residence is in fair condition. |
