Additional Information: | The F in the photo codes is for Fox Canal Survey. This house was built in 1929; however, the original owners are unknown. The next available city directory notes that the house was occupied by a local nurse. Thereafter, the house was occupied by Peter Bartol, a former tavernkeeper. In 1954, Bartol sold the property to Dr. David Sievers, a physician and surgeon with an office on Spring Street. He and his wife Naomi added an open porch to the rear of the home, which they subsequently enclosed in 1982. They sold the home in 1987. |
