| Additional Information: | The first known owner of the home was Conrad R. and Althea Auwater and their two boys John and Willard in 1915-1916. The home appears to have exchanged hands numerous times and tenants were oftentimes the occupants, as opposed to the actual owners. Occupants include the following: Gottlieb Werch (early 1940s, with the tenant noted as John Petruschke); Verlyn & Marion Bitney (1947-1975); Antoinette Wick (1975) and LeRoy & Cathryn Baston (late 1970s). The home has tuned over no less than four times from 1970 to 2000. |
