2014- "This 1-story Side Gabled house was constructed c.1940. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard walls and an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The north elevation contains a stone veneered chimney, a pair of 2-over-2 windows, and a 6-pane casement window. A screened three-seasons porch with a gabled roof is located at the northwest corner of the building."
