Additional Information: | This one and a half story Bungalow features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, an asphalt shingled exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Bungalow styled elements include a street-facing open gabled end, an exterior brick chimney, eave-line brackets, and an open designed porch whose roof is supported by wooden posts. This residence, which is in fair condition, was owned by John D. Nevins in 1982. According to the Intensive Survey form, the origninal name associated with this dwelling is Albert A. Acker. (See Bib. Ref. A). This building is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period or method of construction. The Albert A. Acker House was built in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A).
