Additional Information: | This one and a half story bungalow features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, an asbestos/asphalt shingled exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. A gabled dormer intersects with the main roof in the attic story. Bungalow style elements include exposed rafter ends, eave-line brackets, and an exterior brick chimney. This residence, which is in fair condition, was owned by Chris Beeh in 1982. According to the Intensive Survey Form, this building was originally assocated with the name Charles F. Grimes. (See Bib. Ref. A). This dwelling is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period, or method of construction. The Charles F. Grimes house was built in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A).
