Bungalow style elements include a hip roofed dormer, rafters, a full front porch and small windows flanking an exterior chimney. Donald C. Hoague owned this dwelling in 1982; the building is presently in good condition. The residence is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period, or method of construction.
