Additional Information:This one story frame Bungalow features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete block foundation, a vinyl sided exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Street-facing open gable ends are asymmetrically placed on the facade. The residence, which is in good condition, was owned by Robert D. Matzke in 1982. This house was built by Matterson and Lindstrom in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A, C). Individuals associated with the dwelling and the dates of their associations include: James and Nellie DeShong, from 1921 to 1923, and Arthur and Mae Livingston, from 1927 to 1936. (See Bib. Ref. A). The building is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period, or method of construction. See the District Survey Form for a historical statement.
