Additional Information: | This one story frame Bungalow features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete block foundation, a vinyl exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt shingled jerkinhead and gable roof. Bungalow style elements include a street facing open gable end, eave-line brackets, an enclosed front porch, and an exterior chimney with small, flanking windows. The residence, which is in good condition, was owned by Lucille Sherwood in 1982. The Leonard C. Lenz House was built in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A).
