Additional Information: | This one and a half story bungalow features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete block foundation, an asbestos shingled exterior, a wood trim and an asphalt covered, low pitched hip roof. A similarly designed low-pitched hip roofed dormer intersects with the main roof in the attic story. The full lenght front porch has short, square post supports and a filled-in railing. The residence, which is in good condition, was owned by Richard H. Brigham in 1982. The Nels A. Hedborg house was built in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A). It is architecturally significant in that it represents a type, period, or method of construction. See the District Survey Form for a historic statement. |
