| Additional Information: | This one and a half story, frame Bungalow features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a concrete block foundation, a vinyl sided exterior, and an asphalt shingled gable roof. Bungalow style elements include street facing open gabled ends, an off-centered, enclosed front porch, and an exterior chimney with small flanking windows. An attic is also part of the architectural design. This residence is in good condition. The Clarence M. Ruchti house was built in c. 1920. (See Bib. Ref. A).
