Additional Information:Bargeboard trimming gable; inappropriate modifications: one story addition at front. Addition at rear. Same as 515 Adams (22/14). When the Wausau Club bought the property on McClellan and 4th Streets in 1901, the Manson house was cut in two and moved to 509 and 515 Adams.
