Additional Information: | A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, Division of Historic Preservation-Public History. 2008- 1-1/2 story, flat roof, irregular plan house with a combination of brick and vertical wood veneer. Large fixed picture windows near main entrance wrap around to window wall on side elevation. Clerestory windows on lower level. Integrated garage, massive brick chimney, wide overhanging eaves, flat roof 2nd story section toward rear. Date of construction acquired from city records. The second floor was added in the early 1950s. It was not part of the original design. Mildred Lehner died in 1998. Robert Lehner resided in the house until 2006 and he died in 2011. The house was sold to the present owners in 2012. |
