The front proch has a hip roof, square posts, spool and spindle frieze, and cut out balustrade. Although the original exterior of the house is now covered over, the house has the hip roof, overhanging eaves with brackets, and form and massing of the style. This was the home of George Holley, a stone cutter, between 1874 and 1876. It was the home of Mathias Wagner, a prominent merchant, between 1884 and 1921.
