NOTES
Additional Information:This two-story partial Octagon house has wide eaves with paired brackets. A square tower projects from the main entrance. It features a hip roof and frieze with dentils. Windows are generally average sized sashes. The house is covered with recently-applied vinyl siding. A turn of the century veranda with round posts and a plain balustrade.

This house is architecturally significant as an interesting example of a partial Octagon house with Italianate details. The unusual nature of the plan, with the typical Italianate details makes this house of special interest in the city.
