| Additional Information: | This two-story gabled ell house has a steeply-pitched intersecting gable roof. The ell roof slopes down to form the porch roof that is supported by turned posts and brackets. Windows are largely single light sashes. The large window on the front wall is decorated with a shingled hood. A small decoration sits above the window in the front gable. This house is a good example of the gabled ell vernacular form. This was the home of Isabella and Louis Clark between 1897 and 1942. Louis Clark was a small businessman. Initial research indicates that the occupants of this house are not historically significant. |
