Quivey, then one of the finest in the city. Mr. Pullen was President of the Bank of Evansville, first bank organized in 1870. The home is hip roofed with scroll brackets. Note "straight arch" windows, pilastered door, and projecting bay. Gas fixtures were lit by their own unique gas generating system."
