Additional Information:THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY, SIDE GABLED HOUSE FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STUCCO FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. ACCORDING TO THE INVENTORY CARD FOR THIS PROPERTY, THE FOUNDATION IS MADE OF POURED CONCRETE. A FULLY DETAILED PORCH -- COMPLETE WITH TURNED POSTS, BRACKETS WITH PENDANTS, AND A STRIP OF BARGEBOARD -- IS CENTERED ON THE FACADE. THE GABLED PORCH ROOF IS DESIGNED WITH DECORATIVE SHINGLES AND FRIEZE BOARDS, BOTH APPEARING ON THE OPEN GABLE END. PROMINENT WINDOW MOLDINGS ARE ALSO PRESENT ON THE DWELLING. BUILT IN C. 1893 (SEE BIB. REF. A), THIS RESIDENCE IS PRESENTLY IN GOOD CONDITION.
