Additional Information:THIS ONE AND A HALF-STORY BUNGALOW FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. INTERSECTING THE MAIN ROOF AT THE FRONT IS A LARGE, CENTERED, STUCCOED DORMER. APPEARING UNDER THE GABLED ROOF OF THIS DORMER ARE EXPOSED RAFTER ENDS AND EAVE-LINE BRACKETS. A ROW OF THREE-OVER-ONE WINDOWS ARE USED IN THE DORMER'S DESIGN AS WELL. ON THE LOWER STORY, UNDERNEATH THE DORMER IS A FULL-LENGTH FRONT PORCH. FLAIRED, SQUARE, BRICK POSTS ON BRICK BASES SUPPORT THE PORCH ROOF. THIS PORCH ROOF DISPLAYS EXPOSED RAFTER ENDS, JUST AS DOES THE DORMER ROOF. BRICK WALLS ARE ALSO PRESENT IN THE OPEN DESIGN OF THIS PORCH. THE CENTERED, FRONT ENTRANCE IS FLANKED ON EACH SIDE BY LARGE, FIVE-OVER-ONE WINDOWS. THIS RESIDENCE, BUILT IN C. 1920 (SEE BIB. REF. A, G), IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

OPIE ALBERT WAS THE INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS RESIDENCE IN 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
