NOTES
Additional Information:This home was built in 1920 or 1921 by Richard Roberts, President of the Waukesha Grain and Produce Company.

The Roberts house stands two stories plus attic and is finished with stucco. The smooth stucco surface accentuates the simple planes of the design. A gable roof porch projects from the facade and is supported on tapered posts. The porch roof continues to the east, covering a rectangular bay window which projects slightly from the facade.

Frame bargeboards and rafter ends, as well as rudimentary half timbering provide the only ornamentation.
