Additional Information:THIS TWO AND A HALF STORY QUEEN ANNE STYLED HOUSE FEATURES A SQUARE SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A RUSTICATED CONCRETE BLOCK FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP ROOF. WIDE OVERHANGING EAVES ARE FOUND THROUGHOUT THE DWELLING. ON THE FACADE, A TWO STORY, THREE-SIDED BAY IS CAPPED BY A PEDIMENTED GABLE ROOF. IN THE ATTIC STORY WITHIN THIS PEDIMENT IS A PALLADIAN WINDOW. A FULL LENGHT FRONT PORCH IS SUPPORTED BY SQUARED, FLAIRED COLUMNS ON MASONRY BASES. SHORT BALUSTRADED RAILINGS FURTHER EMBELLISH THE PORCH. PROMINENT WINDOW AND DOOR MOLDINGS, CORNER BOARDS AND FRIEZE BOARDS ARE OTHER ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS PRESENT ON THIS BUILDING. CONSTRUCTED IN C. 1912 (SEE BIB. REF. A, G), THE RESIDENCE IS CURRENTLY IN GOOD CONDITION.
