NOTES
Additional Information:THIS ONE AND A HALF STORY BUNGALOW FEATURES AN IRREGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CONCRETE BLOCK FOUNDATION, A CLAOPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT-SHINGLED COMBINATION GAMBREL AND GABLE ROOF. A TALL BRICK CHIMNEY AND A BRACKETED, GABLE ROOFED DORMER WITH WIDE EAVES ARE BOTH VISIBLE ON THE ROOF. THROUGHOUT THE DWELLING, EXPOSED RAFTER ENDS PROTRUDE FROM UNDER THE EAVES. THE STREET-FACING OPEN END PRODUCED FROM THE GAMBREL ROOF DISPLAYS DECORATIVE HALF TIMBERING AND GIANT EAVE-LINE BRACKTS. BELOW THIS GAMBREL ROOFED PROJECTION IS AN INSET FRONT PORCH. IT IS SUPPORTED BY SHORT SQUARED AND FLAIRED POSTS ON MASSIVE MASONRY BASES. THIS RESIDENCE, WHICH WAS BUILT IN C. 1912 (SEE BIB. REF. A, G), IS CONSIDERED TO BE IN GOOD CONDITION.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSE AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: C. G. HUBENTHAL IN 1915 AND EUGENE DUNN IN 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
