Attached to large wooden warehouse (56/2) with monitor roof at rear; steep gabled projecting front bay with band of windows on lower story; steep gable roofed entrance with painted arched opening and recessed door. This building was the office for the Yawkey-Crawley Lumber Company between c. 1907 and c. 1920. In 1921 the company changed its name to the West Side Lumber Company.
