Additional Information: | The first Jewish congregation in Manitowoc, Congregation Pele Zedek, was founded on February 13, 1900. First synagogue in the old First Norwegian Lutheran congregation school building at North 8th Street and State Street which was moved to this site. That building was replaced by this structure in 1928. |
