Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY QUEEN ANNE STYLED HOUSE WAS BUILT IN C. 1897. (SEE BIB. REF. A). IT FEATURES AN IRREGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, ALUMINUM/VINYL SIDED EXTERIOR WALLS, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP AND GABLE ROOF. A STREET-FACING, TWO STORY THREE SIDED BAY IS CAPPED IN THE ATTIC STORY BY A GABLED ROOF. PROJECTING FORWARD ON THE MAIN FACADE IS A GABLED PORCH, DESIGNED WITH THREE-OVER-ONE AND FOUR-OVER-ONE WINDOWS. A WAFFLE PATTERN RENDERED IN WOOD SHINGLES IS LOCATED IN THE PEDIMENT OF THE PORCH ROOF. ABOVE THIS PORCH IS A GABLED BALCONY; IT IS ELABORATELY FESTOONED WITH SPINDLES, BRACKETS, TURNED POSTS, AND RAILINGS. WOOD SHINGLES AND BARGEBOARDS ADORN THE OPEN GABLED END THIS BALCONY'S ROOF. A SECOND STORY ADDITION WAS MADE TO THE DWELLING AFTER 1982. THE RESIDENDCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSE FROM 1900 TO 1925 WERE KATE AND CHARLES MCILHON. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
