Additional Information:THIS TWO AND A HALF STORY QUEEN ANNE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN C. 1905. (SEE BIB. REF. A). IT FEATURES AN IRREGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AN AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP AND GABLE ROOF. RUSTICATED CONCRETE BLOCK COMPRISES THE FOUNDATION, ACCORDING TO THE INVENTORY CARD DESCRIBING THIS DWELLING. TWO STORY, THREE SIDED BAYS - ONE AT THE FRONT AND ONE AT THE SIDE - ARE CAPPED IN THE ATTIC STORY BY A GABLE ROOF. PENT ROOFED CORNICE RETURNS ADORN THE OPEN GABLE ENDS. LEADED GLASS APPEARS IN THE FIRST STORY BAY WINDOWS AND ON THE WINDOW SHELTERED BY THE FRONT PORCH. THIS FRONT PORCH IS DESIGNED WITH COLUMNS AND BALUSTRADED RAILINGS. THE RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS DWELLING IN 1915 WAS EDWARD GRIBBLE. (SEE BIB. REF. A). IN 1900, THE LAND UPON WHICH THIS HOUSE WAS LATER BUILT WAS PART OF A MULTI LOT PARCEL.
