| Additional Information: | The one and a half story portion of the building is the original house and was built for Thomas Davy in 1851. Thomas Trerorah added the two story portion in 1859. [I&J] IT FEATURES A STONE FOUNDATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR, A STONE AND WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. DECORATIVE BARGEBOARDS APPEAR IN THE STREET-FACING OPEN GABLE END. ROUND ARCHED WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE DESIGNED WITH STONE LINTELS AND KEYSTONES. FANLIGHTS DISTINGUISH BOTH THE DOUBLE-DOOR FRONT ENTRANCE AND THE SINGLE-DOOR FRONT ENTRANCE. STONE QUOINS AND BRICK CHIMNEYS FURTHER EMBELLISH THE DWELLING. THE PROPORTIONALLY LARGE RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION. INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSE AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: THOMAS TREVORAH, FROM 1859-1868; MICHAEL HUGHES, FROM 1871 TO 1873; SAMUEL COAD, FROM 1877 TO 1885; THE COAD ESTATE FROM 1895 TO 1905; EDWARD JONES, FORM 1910 TO 1915; AND THEODORE MARTIN IN 1925.
