Additional Information:The one and a half story portion of the building is the original house and was built for Thomas Davy in 1851. Thomas Trerorah added the two story portion in 1859. [I&J] IT FEATURES A STONE FOUNDATION, A BRICK EXTERIOR, A STONE AND WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. DECORATIVE BARGEBOARDS APPEAR IN THE STREET-FACING OPEN GABLE END. ROUND ARCHED WINDOWS AND DOORS ARE DESIGNED WITH STONE LINTELS AND KEYSTONES. FANLIGHTS DISTINGUISH BOTH THE DOUBLE-DOOR FRONT ENTRANCE AND THE SINGLE-DOOR FRONT ENTRANCE. STONE QUOINS AND BRICK CHIMNEYS FURTHER EMBELLISH THE DWELLING. THE PROPORTIONALLY LARGE RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
