Additional Information:Decorative brick cornice/altered first story/rounded, 3 bay windows. 2023: This 2-story Italianate commercial building was constructed c.1863 and housed a harness shop followed by a grocery store. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof. The front elevation faces south and is symmetrical in composition with a remodeled storefront consisting of a recessed center door flanked by downsized shop windows in a wood or asbestos shingle surround. An asphalt-shingled awning spans the façade above the storefront. The second story contains three 1-over-1 windows in round-arched openings. The façade is capped by a brick cornice with corbelled arcade detailing.
