NOTES
Additional Information:Altered. 2023: This 2-story Boomtown building was constructed in 1863. It is rectangular in plan with decorative half-timber and uncut stone veneer cladding at the first story and an asphalt-shingled faux mansard roof parapet at the second story. Behind the parapet is an asphalt-shingled gable roof. The front elevation faces south and is symmetrical in composition. The first story contains a recessed center entrance flanked by downsized shop windows. The second story contains three regularly-spaced 1-over-1 windows; the windows appear to be in their original locations, but have been surrounded by a faux mansard roof that extends down to shelter the storefront space.
