Brick L-Plan, small Tudor Revival house with stone corners and door surrounds on the main block. Second floor includes screened in porch and balconette over center window. Chimney has rope type terra cotta chimney pot. Polygonal one story addition to front corner with double leaded glass windows.

George Underberg, the first owner of the house, was president of the Northwestern Asbestos & Cork Insulation Co.
