Two story brick Mediterranean Revival with tile hip roof symmetrical design with first floor large round arched windows with brick surrounds flanking round arched doorway with stone surround and lionhead carved keystone. Second floor features two sets of rectangular windows with smaller center window with balconette. Chimney structure on side facade pierces roof. Flanking false walls extend out from both corners of the front facade.

The first owner of the house was John G. Strathearn, a rural carrier for the U.S. Postal Service.
