NOTES
Additional Information:Carriage house is two stories with apartment over two bay building. Cream brick structure has cut stone lintels over windows. Projected bricks form pilasters at corner and in center of facade between bays and a cornice line across the front facade. 2023: This 2-story garage/carriage house was constructed c.1911. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof with a rectangular center parapet and dentil detailing along the cornice. The north (front) elevation of the garage contains two garage doors, each of which feature triangular stone lintels; one garage door is an overhead wood door while the other is a pair of hinged board doors. Singly placed 1-over-1 windows are located at the east and west ends of the façade. Additional 1-over-1 windows are located at the second story. All windows feature stone sills and lintels. A slightly projecting concrete block pilaster spans the height of the building between the two garage doors. Views of the garage are obscured by the adjacent house and foliage.
