NOTES
Additional Information:2023: This 2-story Twentieth Century Commercial building was constructed c.1929 and initially served as a shoe store and repair shop. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof with a central rectangular parapet and flanking panels of faux tiled roof that suggests a Mediterranean Revival influence. The front elevation faces south and is largely symmetrical in composition with a storefront consisting of a recessed center entrance flanked by banks of shop windows with tiled bulkhead walls below. A secondary door at the east end of the façade provides access to the second story residential space. A vinyl awning spans the façade above the storefront over the location of the original transom windows (the 1985 survey image indicates that the transom windows had been infilled or boarded over). The second story contains a central bank of three 1-over-1 windows with individual pairs of 1-over-1 windows on each side. The central bank of windows is capped by a catslide metal roof.
