This Neo-Classical Revival house is designed by Buemming & Dick of Milwaukee. It was built in 1903 and is very similar to the Herman W. Buemming House at 1012 E. Pleasant Street, which was built in 1901. 3112 West McKinley Boulevard is locally designated as part of the Cold Spring Historic District, 11/17/87.
