Additional Information:Originally surveyed 1974. Two story house built of alternating wide and narrow courses of squared limestone blocks; tooled limestone lintels, sills, and label moldings.

2011 Survey - unable to locate residence in the field. Possibly demolished and replaced with a commercial building.
