NOTES
Additional Information:Constructed pre-1874. Two story, hipped roof, enclosed porch, center projecting section, chopped off corners. Supposedly an octagon at one time. Covered in stucco.

George W. Sizer and his wife Fanny constructed this home sometime before 1874. Born in New York State in 1820, Sizer moved to Wisconsin in 1846 and purchased eighty acres in the Town of Springvale. He married Fannie Newman in 1848; the couple had eleven children. The farm eventually grew to over 330 acres. Sizer died in 1880 and the farm remained in the family into the 1890s. By 1910, the farm was owned by Emil and Emma Janely, who maintained it into the 1930s. L.E. Bluemke occupied the parcel in 1961.
