NOTES
Additional Information:Two story, intersecting gable roof, woodwork in peak of eaves, 45 degree angle corners.

2017- "This one-and-one-half-story, c.1890, frame vernacular farmhouse has a rectangular plan. The house rests on a parged foundation and the walls are clad in vinyl siding. The cross-gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features a brick chimney on the side (northeast) elevation and turned spindle work in the gable ends. Protruding bays on the side (southeast and northwest) elevations feature cutaway windows with turned wood pendants and scrolled brackets. The main entry is via a screened porch on the south corner that has a gable-on-shed roof, turned wood post, and balustrade. A historic porch on the northeast corner has been incorporated into the massing, and a one-story, side-gable, c.1980 addition with an inset porch has been added to the rear (northeast) elevation. Except for one fixed sash unit with a multilight border on the front facade, all of the original windows have been replaced. Most windows on the front facade are flanked by non-functional vinyl shutters. A detached, frame, side-gable stable is located south of the house."
