NOTES
Additional Information:Two story, intersecting gable roof, rubble foundation, segmental arch windows with simple brick accents.

2017- "This farm complex consists of a farmhouse, barn, silo, garage, and modern pole barn. The one-and-one-half-story, c.1890, gable ell farmhouse (AHI No. 59357) has a rectangular plan. The foundation is stone rubble and the brick walls are laid in common bond. The gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features two ridgeline brick chimneys and simple frieze boards. The shed-roof screened porch at the ell appears to be new, and a one-story c.1990 addition is located on the rear (west) elevation. The upper story of the ell features smaller windows tucked beneath the eaves and most other windows have segmental arch headers, found in single and paired configurations. Doors are wood and multilight replacements and fenestration consists of one-over-one double-hung and sliding-sash replacement windows.

A large c.1890 frame barn (AHI No. 233450) on a raised stone rubble foundation is located south of the farmhouse. The side-gable roof is covered with modern metal roofing and the walls are clad in standing seam metal. A historic wide double-door on the east elevation and a secondary entry door have been enclosed with concrete and fixed wood windows. A wood-plank Dutch-door and a wood six-light fixed sash window are located at the northeast corner. A centrally located solid metal door provides access to the hayloft. A one-story shed roof addition extending to the rear (west) features modern metal siding and rests on an unknown foundation. A c.1930 monolithic concrete silo with a flared conical roof is located west of the barn.

A c.1920 frame outbuilding (AHI No. 233451) is located approximately 200 feet west of the farmhouse and other outbuildings. The front gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features exposed rafter tails. The walls are clad in weathered horizontal wood siding. Other fenestration includes a bank of three, wood, one-over-one windows on the side (north) elevation and a set of vertical wood-plank sliding doors on a metal track on the front (east) facade. A c.2000 pole barn located at the rear of the complex has a rectangular plan and rests on a concrete foundation."
