1999:
Although a plat map depicts a structure on the subject parcel as early as 1874, the subject residence is not believed to have been constructed until ca. 1905. By that time, John Schiller had acquired the property, which was adjacent to his operating flour mill. By 1930, a plat indicates that the property was in the hands of Schiller's son, Anton, who, earlier in his career, had operated the communities cheese factory. The younger Schiller owned the residence until his death in the 1980's. The current owner is Robert Heus.
