Additional Information:THIS TWO STORY HOUSE WAS BUILT IN C. 1855. (SEE BIB. REF. A, F). IT FEATURES A SQUARE SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, AN IRREGULAR STONE FOUNDATION, AN ALUMINUM SIDED EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED HIP ROOF. DECORATIVE, PAIRED BRACKETS - AN ITALIANATE INFLUENCE - APPEAR ALONG THE EAVE LINE AND CONTINUE AROUND THE BUILDING. LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE IS A BAY WINDOW, ALSO DESIGNED WITH PAIRED BRACKETS. THE ELONGATED, TWO-OVER-TWO WINDOWS ARE PRESENT THROUGOUT THE DWELLING. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSE AND THE DATES OF THEIR ASSOCIATION INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: JOHN VIVIAN, FROM 1853 TO 1873; ROBERT JAMES, FROM 1875 TO 1905; ROBERT PARKINSON IN 1910; JOHN DAVIS IN 1915; AND J. C. JACKA IN 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A). THIS BUILDING HAS SERVED AS A RESIDENCE FROM C. 1855 TO THE PRESENT DAY. ANOTHER INDIVIDUAL WHO OWNED THE PROPERTY UPON WHICH THIS DWELLING WAS LATER BUILT WAS E. WILLIAMS IN 1851.
