IT FEATURES A RECTANGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A CONCRETE BLOCK FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR AND A METAL COVERED GABLE ROOF. THE BUILDING IS IN GOOD CONDITION. THE GARAGE, WHICH WAS USED AS SUCH FROM C. 1930 TO 1992 (SEE BIB. REF. F), IS CURRENTLY USED FOR STORAGE. |
