Additional Information: | #590. Enclosed front porch. 2009--Since last surveyed in 1984, a new porch and stair railing has been constructed and the porch has been opened back up--a positive change. Resurveyed April 2016: no visible changes. 2016- "This 2 ½ story American Foursquare house was constructed c.1906. It is rectangular in plan with clapboard and asbestos siding and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with a 1-story, flat-roofed porch spanning the façade. The porch has fluted column supports and cast stone foundation piers. Inside the porch is a single front door, a three-sided bay window, and a pair of 1-over-1 windows. The first story is clad in clapboard siding. The second story contains two pairs of 1-over-1 windows and is clad in asbestos siding. A hipped-roof dormer containing a bank of multi-pane windows projects from the front roof slope.
