Additional Information:THIS TWO AND A HALF STORY QUEEN ANNE HOUSE WAS BUILT IN C. 1900. (SEE BIB. REF. A, F). IT FEATURES AN IRREGULAR SHAPED PLAN CONFIGURATION, A STONE FOUNDATION, A CLAPBOARD EXTERIOR, A WOOD TRIM, AND AN ASPHALT SHINGLED GABLE ROOF. DECORATIVE, WOOD SHINGLES APPEAR IN THE ATTIC STORY OF THE OPEN GABLE ENDS. PAIRED BRACKETS VISUALLY SUPPORT A PENT ROOF LOCATED ON THE SECOND STORY. THE TWO-SIDED PORCH IS DESIGNED WITH BRACKETED, TURNED POSTS. DESIGNATING THE ENTRANCE TO THIS PORCH FROM ABOVE IS A PENT ROOFED PEDIMENTED GABLE, DETAILED IN ITS OPEN END WITH WOOD SHINGLES. PROMINENT WINDOW MOLDINGS, CORNER BOARDS, FRIEZE BOARDS, AND A BRICK CHIMNEY ARE OTHER ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENTS FOUND ON THE STRUCTURE. THIS RESIDENCE IS IN GOOD CONDITION.

GEORGE WOOLRICH WAS AN INDIVIDUAL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOUSE FROM 1905 TO 1925. (SEE BIB. REF. A).
