The John Stevens House is associated with no known significant individual or event. The John Stevens House is lcoated in on Doty Island on a small peninsula bordering the Fox River. Situated in a secluded neighborhood, the Stevens House is a two-and-one-half-story rectangular brick residence from the Colonial Revival Period of construction featuring an extensive attached garage. The roof material is asphalt, the bonding is American, and the foundation material is not visible. The John Stevens House is a fine example of the Colonial Revival Period of Construction. |
