The Dr. G.N. Pratt Jr. House was constructed in 1943.

The Pratt House is not associated with any significant individual or event.

The Dr. G.N. Pratt, Jr. House is located on Doty Island in a residential neighborhood bordering Smith Park in Menasha. A rectangular two 1/2 story residence from the Colonial Revival Period of Construction, the Pratt House features a Paladian Window and shutters. The roof material is asphalt, the siding is aluminum, and the foundations are random stone. Formally balanced, the front facade features a large projecting pavillion with a Palladian window on the second story. The entrance features sidelights on either side the doorway topped by a swan's neck pediment. The fenestration consists of double hung sash windows nine-over-nine on the first story and six-over-six on the second.

An excellent example of the Colonial Revival Period of Construction, the Dr. G. N. Pratt Jr. House is a contributing member of the Smith Park Historic District.
